- RICHARD HUDSON-EVANS CCW’S AUCTION GURU

More than 60 cars will follow a pack of classic bikes and automobilia lots to i-market. A 1990 Peugeot 205 GTI 1.6 driven only 49,800 miles by two owners has been estimated at £18-22k and a claimed to be sound 1937 Fiat 500 Topolino that has seen ‘regular, sensible’ use on local journeys is forecast to fetch £5-7k. £3500-4500 meanwhile is sought for a deceased estate entered 1980 Triumph TR7 five-speed fixed-head from 17 years ownership, and a three-owner 1969 Morris Minor 1000 four-door with believed genuine 49,000 mileage and possibly original paintwork has been guided at £2-3k. Other lots worth watching include a oneowner Triumph Herald – estimated at £3-4k, particularly as a 13/60 example with a similar backstory sold for over its top estimate earlier this year. One thing that is also worth watching out for in this online-only sale are the number of projects going under the hammer, including an MG Midget that’s been off the road since 1976 and a 1954 Sunbeam Alpine MkI.
