❚ 1990 MAZDA Eunos Roadster With all the work on getting both the Scimitar and my daily driver through their MoTs, the Mazda’s been feeling a bit forgotten of late.

JAMES SADLIER MANAGING EDITOR

❚ 1999 PEUGEOT 406 Coupé MoT time for the 406… with so many strange noises coming from the car I’m hoping it passes! Suspect there could be some surprises, though...

MIKE LE CAPLAIN PRODUCTION EDITOR

❚ 2001 MGF 1.8i

Curse my luck – the sun finally breaks through after what feels like weeks of miserable grey mizzle… and OHR’s MoT has just expired. Typical.

JON BURGESS NEWS EDITOR

❚ 1996 PEUGEOT 806 SRDT Tidied up the Peugeot by tackling the worst of the lacquer peel; it also moved a friend across town over the weekend. Pretty confident about the upcoming MoT.

CHARLIE CALDERWOOD STAFF WRITER

❚ 2000 PEUGEOT 306 1.8 16v Walking past the 306 having just got home from filling it up with fuel and there’s an odour. Looks like it is just a bit of flexi pipe, let’s hope.

CHRIS HOPE FEATURES EDITOR

❚ 1980 TRIUMPH TR7 FHC

My son Dominic is now three weeks old, which means it’s been a month since the TR7 turned a wheel. I’ll use it for a nappy run this weekend.

RICHARD GUNN SENIOR CONTRIBUTOR

❚ 1996 SAAB 900S Convertible Ping ping went the warning tone. Red red glowed the battery symbol on the Saab’s instrument panel. That’ll be a new alternator then. Probably.

NICK LARKIN EDITOR-AT-LARGE
