Rover 200 (R8)
Poor old things. Underappreciated, often tatty and just a bit too humdrum to stand out above their German rivals. These Nineties steeds have wallowed in the doldrums for half of their existence. If a car can epitomise the Festival of the Unexceptional, surely it’s a Rover 214 saloon.
