Highlights include the City Concours and the Brooklands Double 12
Whether there’s room on the calendar for another concours is debatable, but this one at least looks a bit different. The City Concours avoids the usual country house or golf-club lawn setting in favour of the Honourable Artillery Company’s courtyard in central London.
It’s pitching itself as an alternative to The Quail, and Villa d’este, and aims to cram just over 100 cars into an intimate, exclusive setting. Classes promise significant cars, as they include ‘F1 Hall of Fame’, ‘Cars of Le Mans’ and ‘Land Speed Record Holders’. Tickets start at £35; cityconcours.co.uk.
