Telford launch for new REH Forks prod­ucts

Bri­tish brand REH Forks is launch­ing its new range of clas­sic MX forks and yokes at the Clas­sic Dirt Bike Show on February 18/19. The MX units join the al­ready pop­u­lar tri­als forks and are in­tro­duced af­ter 18 months of test­ing. They’re of­fered in three lengths: 30in, 31in and 32in with an op­tion to add ½” to any of those lengths by us­ing an ex­tended top nut, with two travel op­tions – 6.5in for pre-68 and 7.5in for 1968-74 classes. Test­ing and de­vel­op­ment has been with for­mer Bri­tish clas­sic cham­pion Chris Chell, and forks are mounted on a 1971 Cheney BSA, 600cc. For the tech­ni­cally-minded ,REH Clas­sic Moto-x Yokes are ma­chined from solid bil­let 2014A alu­minium, with a spin­dle in EN16T. They are sup­plied with han­dle­bar clamps for ei­ther fat or stan­dard bars and a full set of bolts to fit 35mm stan­chions. Yokes are par­al­lel with a 55mm off­set and 170mm be­tween stan­chion cen­tres. The un­der­side of the bot­tom yoke has four M6 tapped holes for a high-mounted mud­guard. REH Op­tions, in­clud­ing steel wheel spin­dles (15mm or 17mm) and spac­ers, hinged brake an­chor bracket, mud­guard brace assem­bly in two sizes, brace clamps, etc are all avail­able. REH also of­fers a full spares back-up and fork ser­vic­ing. A pair of as­sem­bled fork legs (with oil) will cost £995 and a set of yokes (with spin­dle, nut, clamps and bolts) will cost £450.
