British brand REH Forks is launching its new range of classic MX forks and yokes at the Classic Dirt Bike Show on February 18/19. The MX units join the already popular trials forks and are introduced after 18 months of testing. They’re offered in three lengths: 30in, 31in and 32in with an option to add ½” to any of those lengths by using an extended top nut, with two travel options – 6.5in for pre-68 and 7.5in for 1968-74 classes. Testing and development has been with former British classic champion Chris Chell, and forks are mounted on a 1971 Cheney BSA, 600cc. For the technically-minded ,REH Classic Moto-x Yokes are machined from solid billet 2014A aluminium, with a spindle in EN16T. They are supplied with handlebar clamps for either fat or standard bars and a full set of bolts to fit 35mm stanchions. Yokes are parallel with a 55mm offset and 170mm between stanchion centres. The underside of the bottom yoke has four M6 tapped holes for a high-mounted mudguard. REH Options, including steel wheel spindles (15mm or 17mm) and spacers, hinged brake anchor bracket, mudguard brace assembly in two sizes, brace clamps, etc are all available.
