Mike is happy at last!

-

GB500 is on my wish list along with many other bikes, (there was a GB250 as well by the way, Japan/far East market etc.) including the later CB400SS, which is another great little singlecylinder bike that we never got here and ran for a good few years, Japan and far eastern market again where so many interesting bikes we never saw officially were sold. Michael Durrant Here I am again: Honda’s in CMM so of course I have to comment. But no, I’m not going to correct anything this time, although maybe add a little information. I so enjoyed seeing the features on the GB500, yes Honda ought to have brought that one in, I had money then and I would have bought one because I found the XBR to be just not what I wanted, (even the last spoked wheel SJ models) so did not buy one but kept going on my old CB250RS. As it happens now there are some GB500/400S around I have no chance of affording one this side of a lottery win. All I have is an owner’s manual but I hope one day to have a bike to go with it. So yes, a Bertie says : “We changed ‘features in the GB500’ to ‘features on the GB500’ Mike! Hee hee. To err is human… but we’re glad we didn’t this time and that you enjoyed the features, sir.”

?? ?? Lovely: but so were the 250s and 400s!
