Are Star Tron and Wurth Fuel Care safe to use on bikes with catalytic converters? The Fuel Cure is used in Scoop’s old CB750 which does not have a cat. We’d generally stick to what the manual would say, but we will take a look at this in a future issue, even if bikes with cats aren’t normally in the magazine. We know Steve C has a new Yamaha so maybe…” In the 2017 April edition of CMM it recommends on p58 using Star Tron fuel additive. Later, on p70 Scoop recommends Wurth Fuel Cure.
