Retro rumblings

Dear CMM, I just wanted to say that I love the spread of bikes in the mag. I missed out on the 1970s stuff, but looked up to it, rode 80s and 90s stuff and then got back into bikes in the 00s. My reason for writing is that I’m really interested in the retro stuff you guys are championing. At a recent bike meet I bumped into a bloke who was (literally) having a pop at someone on a modern retro bike. I had to wade in! When will people realise it’s all two-wheels at the end of the day and a modern take on an old bike is a good thing. Bertie says: “We agree!”
