Have some GPX love!
Looking at Andy Catton’s GPX in the latest mag, I think he should replace the plug caps as well: the rubbers are cracked and the connections are probably corroded, these are inexpensive replacement parts. Get them from NGK not Kawasaki. Also the air-box is pretty important: the bike will run lean without it and it’s almost impossible to get CV carbs to run right without it. Check the valves too, probably tight now from running lean/hot. Nice bike though and one that will do a lot of miles if you do the maintenance well! Bloys Dekker
