There are errors in the last issue (#184) that we wish to make clear and apologise to our readers for. As such, we take a moment to put them right. Sorry for the errors that happened, our fault entirely and we – as always – want to put them right. Firstly, we missed a picture credit for Mary Grothe in our Wes Cooley article in the last issue. Ms Grothe supplied the black and white images for the article and CR would like to thank her for these brilliant images of Wes in action. Secondly, on page 24 of the last issue in the article ‘Going it Alone’ the caption should have read: Agostini, Alberto Pagani, Kim Newcombe, Dave Simmonds and Ernst Hiller. CR would like to thank Mr Ferry Brouwer for his notes on correction. David Emde was captioned as his brother Don in the Transatlantic feature and, finally, living legend Pete Howarth (Malc said...) skipped a page from the story of his FIM success. If you see anything in the magazine that is wrong then please do let us know. We know that you, the CR readers, are the most knowledgeable race fans and the best mine of information that we could possibly have and while we do our utmost to get everything right each time, errors will occasionally get through the system. Where we can, we’ll make sure we put the record right. Tony
