Van Morrison and Bill Nighy are among the guests set to appear when the The Pretty Things bring the curtain down on their 55-year career at London’s IndigO2 on December 13.

Ginger Wildheart received a six-month suspended sentence and a £500 fine from a Belfast court in response to causing actual bodily harm to an audience member at a gig in County Antrim last year. Ginger later tweeted that he tried to take his own life following the altercatio­n. “It was as good a verdict as I could have hoped for,” he comments.
