New rural home beckons

-

Aston Martin specialist Nicholas Mee, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2018, will be relocating to new multi-million-pound purpose-built facilities during the first quarter of the new year.

The spacious two-acre premises in rural Hertfordshire will feature an expansive workshop area that will enable the firm to incorporate more in-house specialists, such as trimmers, fabricators and engineers, while additional buildings will provide scope for the business to increase its stock of Heritage parts. The move is also set to create numerous employment opportunities across technical, specialist and aftersales functions.

Speaking of the development, company founder and managing director Nicholas Mee said: “As the classic car world continues to evolve, this expansion is in direct response to the needs of both our clients and ourselves. It’s exciting to be adding to our skilled workforce, and we are intending to double the current number of employees as well as further enhancing our services.”
