cheese dip with celery wedges
STEP 1 Finely grate 75g reduced-fat mature Cheddar cheese. Place in a bowl with 100g low-fat soft cheese and 4tbsp fatfree Greek-style yoghurt. STEP 2 Finely chop 2 spring onions and add to the bowl, reserving a few of the green leaves. Mix the ingredients together until combined, then season with freshly ground black pepper. STEP 3 Wash 12 celery sticks and cut into large wedges. Serve the celery with the dip, garnished with the saved spring onions.
