Pregnant Danielle: “We’ll adopt next time – I want a huge family!”
As she prepares for the arrival of her fourth baby, Danielle Lloyd reveals her plans for more children
She’s delighted to be four months pregnant with her fourth child – her first with fiancé Michael O’neill – but Danielle Lloyd says she’s already dreaming of adding more to her brood.
Danielle, 33 – who has three sons with her ex, Jamie O’hara – excitedly tells Closer: “We’ve decided to adopt! We’d love the chance to give a child a better life – being in a care or foster home can be really tough. The new child would have lots of siblings, too, which is lovely.
“We’d like to adopt a child from the UK. I feel like I was born to be a mother and I’ve always wanted a large family – I’ve even considered starting a foster home as I’d love about 100 kids. Maybe I’ll be the next Angelina Jolie!”
And the former Miss England, who shared her first baby scan on Instagram last week, says sons Archie, six, Harry, five, and two-year-old George can’t wait to meet their new sibling. “The boys are so excited about the baby,” she says. “Archie already helps me out so much with George, so I know they’ll be great with the new arrival.”
FINDING LOVE
After a bitter divorce from former footballer Jamie, 30, in September 2014, following rumours he’d cheated, Danielle found love again with electrician Michael. He proposed on Valentine’s Day in 2016 after just five months of dating.
Danielle has announced the couple are planning to tie the knot in 2018 – but says they want to keep the wedding as low-key as possible.
She reveals: “We’d love to
get married in Ibiza surrounded by our family and friends. I don’t want a lavish showbiz do. Michael hates the limelight and he just wants to celebrate us as a couple. It will be lots of drinking and fun – I’m so excited that our new baby will be there, too.”
WEDDING DAY
Talking of her plans to shape up for her big day, she adds: “I’ll lose weight for my dress by breastfeeding and getting a personal trainer – but there won’t be any mad rush.”
The mum-of-three has spent the past few years embroiled in spats with ex Jamie, including a reported punch-up between Michael and Jamie at their Staffordshire home last June.
The feud reached a boiling point last month when Danielle accused her ex – who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in January – of domestic violence, something Jamie vehemently denies.
Meanwhile, last week, Danielle – who hasn’t found out the baby’s gender yet – revealed that eldest son Archie is desperate for a little sister.
She adds: “I’ve been shattered! It’s tough balancing the pregnancy with looking after the boys, as well as all the drama. I don’t want to get a nanny when the baby arrives, though – I want to do everything myself. My belly’s really popping out now – I can’t believe it!”
