Amy: “I’ll be a size 8 bride”
As she counts down the weeks to the birth of her daughter, Amy Childs is already planning her pre-wedding shape-up regime
Aglowing Amy Childs proudly displayed her bump ahead of her due date in May while on holiday with boyfriend Bradley Wright in Tel Aviv, Israel, last week.
Although embracing her pregnancy curves, Amy, 26, has hinted at her desire to quickly bounce back to her pre-baby body. Sharing a throwback snap of her size 8 figure on Instagram, the former TOWIE star said: “Body inspo for after the baby arrives. Need that tan back too #throwback #goals.”
WEDDING SHAPE-UP
A source says: “Amy’s already vowed to waste no time getting back in shape after the baby arrives. Her diet and exercise plan is already in place to make sure she looks her best on her wedding day. She and Bradley are pinning their hopes on a Christmas wedding. They’ve got their hearts set on having their dream ceremony in a stately home or castle in Hertfordshire. Amy wants a fairy-tale wedding and she’s vowed to get back her size 8 figure for it.”
Amy and Bradley have endured a rocky romance since first meeting in 2014. The pair split in 2015 when Bradley was jailed for five months for handling stolen goods, but they reconciled last March after his release.
ATKINS DIET PLANS
As the parents-to-be look forward to a new chapter in their lives, Amy is determined to make changes to ensure she hits her size 8 target.
A source reveals: “Amy wants to hire a private chef to cook her healthy meals. She’s already vowed to dramatically cut out sugar and carbs. She wants to try the Atkins diet like Kim Kardashian, who she counts as one of her idols.”
The source adds: “As soon as she’s given the go-ahead to work out, she’ll be exercising twice a day, seven days a week. She insists she’ll have time because newborn babies sleep so much, and even when she’s up for night feeds she’ll make time for sit-ups and raising her heart rate with some burpees so she’s constantly burning fat.
“Amy’s told pals how she won’t walk down the aisle until she has the body of her dreams.”
