KERRY: ‘I want a baby boy with George before it’s too late’
She’s already a mum of five, but last week Kerry Katona dropped the bombshell that she’s trying for another child with husband George Kay.
In an interview, Kerry, 36 – already mum to Molly, 15, and Lilly-sue, 14, with Westlife star Brian Mcfadden; Heidi, 10, and Maxwell, nine, with ex-husband Mark Croft; and three-yearold Dylan-jorge with George – said: “George is desperate for another child. I’ll have one more.” She also added that they “haven’t been careful” with contraception.
The Atomic Kitten star recently revealed that Molly will be going to study and live with her grandparents in Ireland in September, and pals say Kerry is on a mission to fall pregnant by then to cure her “empty nest syndrome.”
A source says: “Kerry is conscious that she’s not getting any younger and thinks now is the time before it’s too late. She’s not been too worried about contraception really and is hoping she’ll have a boy so George can have one of each. She’s given herself a deadline of September for when the kids go to school and to give her something to focus on while she’s missing Molly. DJ will start school next year so she thinks it’ll work out well that it’ll just be her and the baby at home in the day.”
Kerry lost 2st in four months last year and admitted to having liposuction and a “mini” tummy tuck. Pals say she’s been on a heal-thkick to improve her chances of falling pregnant.
A source says: “Kerry’s been eating really healthily. She does lots of yoga, drinks juices and protein shakes and is confident she’ll fall pregnant quickly. She also has plans to launch her own pregnancy yoga video.”
