lonely Caitlyn: “I’ve lost everything I care about”

After revealing she’s had her final sex change surgery, pals say Caitlyn Jenner has never felt so alone

t’s not just the I younger members of the Kardashian clan whose popularity is seemingly on a downward spiral.

Caitlyn Jenner, 67 – formerly known as Bruce and father to infamous sisters Kendall and Kylie – recently claimed the Kardashian family have cast her out, saying: “Day after day after month after month, nobody calls, nobody checks in. Just ‘Hey, how are you doing?’ I haven’t gotten that phone call from anybody.”

FAMILY FALLOUT

A source says: “Caitlyn was used to having a huge family, with lots of kids around. But now she feels alone. The fact she’s fallen out with her family is incredibly painful – she feels like she’s lost everything she cares about.”

In an interview last week, her step-daughter Khloe said: “It’s not that I’m angry that Bruce was transitioning to Caitlyn... I didn’t appreciate how it was handled and how we found out more in the media than from Cait. There’s no handbook to all that. I don’t know what she’s going through and I don’t know how anyone is supposed to handle that situation; I feel for Kendall and Kylie.”

It marks a distinct downfall for Caitlyn – who, it was revealed last week, has now undergone full gender reassignment surgery to remove her penis.

When Caitlyn revealed her transition from male to female on the cover of Vanity Fair in 2015, she saw the world gather in support behind her. She was heralded for her bravery and also won the ESPY Award for courage.

‘MISTREATED’

But it soon unravelled when her reality show I Am Cait was axed after just two series, and she’s regularly faced criticism for misrepresenting the transgender community.

Caitlyn, who was married to Kardashian matriarch Kris for 22 years, has criticised her in interviews, claiming she was “mistreated” – and pals say the rest of the family are struggling to forgive Caitlyn for being so public. A source says: “The sisters are hurt Caitlyn badmouthed them in the press. For Cait to attack them at such a fragile time feels unforgivable.”
