Big Brother 2017

is here; excited? I can’t wait to get back to Big Brother because it’s my little home, it’s not like work for me. The theme this year is “The united kingdom of Big Brother” – what’s that all about? That’s our tag line and it means everyone is welcome. I think with the varying types of housemates this year, you’ll have lots of different views when it comes down to everything political. I want to see the fireworks – I’m like the naughty little devil in their ear, urging them on. Big Brother has been on for 17 (!) years; do you think people still care about it? There’s loads of reality shows, but Big Brother is the original and it will always be my number one. I think it’s good that people still get excited about the “eye” coming out and the house photos and who’s going in. Not many shows run for 17 years! I do feel that it’s become a staple of British television. I like the civilian series because I think there are less inhibitions. What sort of characters are you hoping to see in there? I would like to see some pairs break off from each other. I’d also like to see plenty of games and mind play… Did you enjoy the last series of Celeb BB? I thought it was great. I think it was a really good idea (to bring back old housemates). I would have liked to have seen Pete Burns back in there but obviously, sadly he passed away. John Mccririck and Jackie Stallone would also be amazing. Have you seen anyone from that series? I’ve seen Coleen [Nolan] a couple of times. I love the naked picture the Loose Women did recently – that’s what I love about those girls!
