HAS MEL FOUND LOVE WITH A NEW MAN?

She said she was enjoying the single life last week, after her messy split from husband Stephen Belafonte. But Mel B has reportedly found happiness in the arms of a new man, with sources close to the star claiming she is “nuts” about him. Some reports say the ex-spice Girl, 42, has been secretly dating a Beverly Hills cop for a few months after being introduced through mutual pals. According to these reports, things have taken such a serious turn that the mystery man is spending five to six nights at Mel’s LA home. He’s even said to have accompanied her to filming for her judging role on America’s Got Talent.

Mel said on the show last week: “I am so happy to be single right now.” But pals say she wants to keep the new romance under wraps following a difficult few months. After ending things with Stephen, also 42, she accused him of subjecting her to physical and emotional abuse. She even claimed he got their nanny Lorraine Giles, 26, pregnant and paid for her abortion.

After she was granted a temporary restraining order against Stephen, it was claimed he was demanding thousands of pounds in support from her. Just weeks later, it was reported that Mel only had “£961 left” in her company account. More recently, the singer has had to contend with revelations from her ex nanny, who’s claimed that Mel acted as “cameraman” for sex movies with her and Stephen.
