‘I need 10 coffees to get me going’

-

I wake up at 7am and get Charlie, 10, and aston, eight, ready for school. I’ll start getting their breakfast ready while sipping on a coffee. I’m never hungry in the morning but I do have about 10 coffees to get me going! My Pa will then take the girls to school. My other daughters, darby, 21, and Taylor, 19, will be up and about doing their own thing, so it’ll just be me and ashley left in the house at 9am, when we’ll have a 30-minute business meeting to discuss how we’re doing. then I’ll head to the office – which Is attached to my house. I run a property business with ashley and have my own beauty clinic, Skulpt. For lunch, ashley and I will make something healthy, like chicken salad or home-made soup. we’ll go back to the office until around 4.30pm, when the girls get back from school. I’ll help them with homework and get started on dinner at 5pm so it’s ready for 6.30pm. That’s my favourite time of the day – when it’s all six of us sitting round the table. I’ll completely switch off from work and we’ll just enjoy ourselves. then It’s bath time – which usually means some gymnastics performed by the girls beforehand – and putting them to bed. darby and Taylor will usually be off doing their own thing in the evenings so ashley and I will sit in front of the TV with a strict “no work talk” rule so we spend quality time together. we’ll have a hot Vimto and a packet of biscuits then head up to bed around 11pm.
