Cindy Crawford is just as stunning as she was in her supermodel days – but the star insists she stays in shape by allowing herself the occasional treat. She admitted: “I always say to be 80 per cent good, 80 per cent of the time because that’s achievable.” A fan of chocolate, Cindy – who’s mum to Kaia, 15, and Presley, 18 – added: “After lunch, I have a small piece of dark chocolate – it tells my body I’m done with my meal.”

Elizabeth hurley, 52 ‘I eat my food earlier in the day’

Elizabeth Hurley isn’t afraid to show off her bikini body, and regularly strips down to a two-piece for her Instagram followers. The model and actress – who is mum to 15year-old Damian – credits eating less at night with helping her stay in shape. She explained: “Eat your food earlier on in the day. You’ve got more time to digest it and your body can rest in the sleep period.”

The star explained: “My fitness philosophy is to be active in life and enjoy what I am doing.” Dietwise, Courteney – who has Coco, 13 – admits she’s lucky that some of her favourite foods are healthy, adding: “I crave anything green.”

She was nicknamed The Body at the height of her modelling days, yet Elle Macpherson’s figure has barely aged. The star – who has sons Arpad, 19, and Aurelius, 14 – credits a cleaneatin­g diet. She favours “lots of leafy greens, vegetables, fruit and protein like fish and chicken.” When it comes to fitness, she insists: “I make exercise part of my everyday life. I love to paddle board, surf, swim or water ski.”

Sharon Stone has a bikini body women half her age would kill for. But the star has admitted that she works hard to stay so trim and exercises five to six days a week. She revealed: “I circuit train, I do the machines and I do them fast.” And when it comes to diet, Sharon – who has adopted children Roan, 20, Laird, 12, and Quinn, 11 – rarely tucks into junk food, adding: “Now and again I’ll have some French fries, but I’m not really a fast food-er.”
