‘My new man is helping me move on from Jeremy’

And three months on, it seems Stephanie Davis has stuck to her word and laid the toxic relationship to rest – as reports emerged last week that she was dating former TOWIE star and ex-boyfriend of Jess Wright, Ricky Rayment, with sources saying they’ve been “seeing each other” and it was “going well.”

The pair first sparked rumours of a romance earlier this month when they exchanged flirty posts on Twitter.

And friends say that the former Hollyoaks star, 24, is wary of letting her guard down again after her traumatic experience with Jeremy, with whom she has nine-month-old son Caben.

A source says, “Steph’s happier than she has been in months – she’s enjoying the attention she’s getting and her friends have seen a change in her since she’s started dating.”

Amid the news of Steph’s new romance, Jeremy was quick to show off his new love interest last week – posting a snap with a mystery girl on Instagram.

Our source says, “Steph would love a father figure for Caben. She’s seeing Ricky and he’s helping her move on from Jeremy, but she’s not ready to go public yet.”

Last week, reports claimed that Steph has been turning to old friend Jordan – aka Katie Price – for support.

A source says, “Katie was there for her when Caben was born and has been giving her advice on single motherhood. She’s advised her to let everything blow over until she’s ready to work on her acting comeback.”
