The toughest judges in food telly – awardwinning chefs Monica Galetti and Marcus Wareing – and the most experienced taster in food telly (jolly dessert gobbler Gregg Wallace) are back for a new series of MC: The Professionals, which sees another 48 pro chefs battle to win the crown and give their careers a bit of a kick. As ever, the series starts off with the Skills Test (which is a bit harder this year) and then it’s back into the MC kitchen – oh how we’ve missed it – to try to wow the judges.
