My tips for giving yourself a boost
● Find clothes that flatter you. You always feel better on a night out when you love your outfit. Don’t follow the trends if they don’t suit you.
● Be original, because there’s only one you.
● Exercise. Not just for your outer-self, but for your inner-self, too. If you’ve got time to chat on the phone, then you’ve got time to do a bit of exercise. It makes you feel amazing.
● Surround yourself with trusted friends and people you love. Hanging out with my boys always makes me feel happy.
