DOTING TAMARA ENJOYS THE SUN WITH SOPHIA

She admitted earlier this year that she’d only spent six minutes away from three-year-old daughter Sophia before she went to nursery and, last week, Tamara Ecclestone looked every inch the doting mum as the pair enjoyed a stroll on the beach in Dubai.

And while the 33 year old – who is married to Jay Rutland, 36 – looked incredible in her yellow bikini, she recently admitted she rarely works out to maintain her toned physique.

She said, “As far as workouts go, it’s running around after Fifi [her nickname for Sophia] 24/7 and pushing her in the stroller. As for food, I tend to have porridge for breakfast, wholegrain pasta for lunch and then quinoa and chicken for dinner.”
