WHO IS JAMES WILLMOTT-BROWN?

The former Dagmar wine bar owner has made a surprise return to the soap, 25 years after last appearing in Albert Square. One of Eastenders’ original villains, the smoothtalking businessman is best remembered for the 1988 storyline where he raped employee Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) – a crime that eventually saw him spending three years inside at Her Majesty’s Pleasure.
