POSH TELLS DAVID: ‘Don’t wrap Harper up in cotton wool’

She posted a video of her daughter, Harper, singing while drawing a festive pic on social media last week, with the caption #Watchoutmariah – and pals say Posh would love her to be the next big child star.

Insiders say the mum-offour, 43, had meetings with talent managers on her recent trip to LA in a bid to launch her six year old as a singing sensation – but the move has caused some tension between her and husband David, 42.

A source says, “David’s incredibly protective over Harper and said he feels it’s too early for her to be in the limelight at such a young age. Victoria insists it’s something Harper wants and it’s good to get her used to the spotlight now.”

Harper’s brother Cruz, 12, caused controversy when he signed with Justin Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, and released his debut single last year.

The couple – who’ve registered their entire family as trademarks under the umbrella of Brand Beckham – have been criticised by trolls who’ve accused them of exploiting their children. Their son, Romeo, 15, made his modelling debut aged just ten, while eldest son Brooklyn, 18, published a book of his photography earlier this year.

The source adds, “Victoria and David sometimes bash heads over Harper, as Vic accuses David of wrapping her up in cotton wool and having different rules from the boys, which to her seems unfair. Right now they can’t seem to agree over what’s right for Harper.”
