AGEING I don’t think I’m getting older – I think I’m Peter Pan! In my mind I’m still 20 to 25, I don’t think about getting old. I don’t feel old, I feel young all the time.

WEARING A WIG

It was lovely [wearing a wig earlier this year, right] – it was just really odd because when I put it on, I enjoyed it for the first few minutes and then I suddenly thought, ‘Oh my gosh, I miss my hair,’ so I got a bit teary. I’ve never worn it again. I think I’m so used to being bald now. Anyway, my daughter and my friends love me as I am.

KEEPING FIT I stick to a healthy diet and try to drink loads of water. I love to run with my dog, Yogi, and I do yoga. I don’t cut out food groups and me and Honey love our “sinful Saturdays,” where we scoff Domino’s or Nando’s!

MY BREAST REDUCTION People think it’s great to have big boobs, but I struggled with them all my life. They were so big [size 28JJ] on my tiny 5ft 2 frame that my back had actually started to curve. It was scary and painful. But since my breast reduction [last year to a 28C], I’ve felt 20 years younger. It was worth every bit of the fear and worry and I should have done it years ago.

own book and never thought I was clever enough, but if you don’t talk about it, how are you going to help other people?”

She adds, “Live each day as it comes because you never know what’s around the corner.”
