Heartbroken Chanelle: “I can’t believe this is happening again”

The mum-of-two has been left devastated after her fiancé walked out on her just two months after welcoming their son

She recently revealed she wanted to shed 4st ahead of her summer wedding to fiancé Ryan Oates, but last week Chanelle Hayes’ dream of finally getting her fairy-tale ending was left in tatters after Ryan reportedly walked out on her just two months after giving birth to their son, Frankie.

In a furious Twitter rant following her split from the 35-year-old PE teacher, Chanelle, 29, said, “When @ Ryanjoates drops your child off and you basically beg him to sort your family out but he tells you his family and friends have told him he should have left me sooner than he did! What a lovely bunch of people.”

When a worried fan asked if the pair had broken up, she replied, “We’ve not split up, he has walked out on me. Nothing mutual about it.

“I moved an hour away from family and friends to be with him so a bit unfortunate. He’s kicking us out, though, so once he gets us out of here then yeah we will be near family.” She later took to Instagram, posting that she was, “dying from the inside.”

And pals say the former Big Brother star, also mum to Blakely, seven, with footballer ex, Matthew Bates – who left her when she was three months pregnant – is petrified about life as a single mum-of-two.

ARGUMENTS

A source says, “Chanelle’s in a state of shock right now and can’t believe this is happening again – she’s terrified at the thought of raising another child alone, and thought Ryan was her Mr Right. “She was planning her dream wedding, and now she’s facing life as a single mum with her two sons and the prospect of uprooting again to find a new home.

“She says she and Ryan had their rows like any other couple, which had worsened since Frankie was born due to her hormones and heightened emotions, but she never expected him to leave her – especially with a newborn.

“She’s still living in their house and is secretly hoping Ryan has a change of heart and takes her back, but pals have urged her to move on and start looking for a new home in Manchester to be close to her family and friends, as she’s going to need their support.”

Earlier this year, the 5ft 4 star, who weighed 16st, opened up to Closer about her “miracle baby” with Ryan, whom she’d been dating for a year at the time. Doctors had said she was unlikely to conceive a second child due to her 6st weight gain, which stopped her from ovulating.

The self-confessed yo-yo dieter, who’s fluctuated between a size 8 and a size 18, recently vowed to become a size 10 bride, admitting, “My belly touches my knees.”

And despite her heartache, the former glamour model has told pals she won’t let this split hamper her weight-loss goal.

The source says, “Chanelle is crying non-stop and barely sleeping, which leads her to comfort eating – it’s a vicious cycle.

REVENGE

“But while she’s not in the frame of mind to diet right now, she’s adamant that as soon as she’s over this initial shock, she’ll start working out again with her personal trainer and sticking to a diet plan he’s devised for her.

“She says the best revenge on Ryan will be slimming down to a size 10 and showing him what he’s missing out on, so she’s determined to get her head around it all and start focusing on herself and getting in shape.

“She said it will also be a way to stage her comeback and give her career the boost it needs, so she’s excited to get back to her old weight.”

Chanelle has told pals she won’t be entering another relationship until she’s 100 per cent happy with her body.

The source adds, “Chanelle’s weight struggles have always made her unhappy. She knows she needs to spend time working on herself and getting back her confidence, and she’s vowed to put herself on a ‘man ban’ to ensure her next relationship is a far more healthy one.”
