Surgery fears over Jordan’s shock look
The star went public with a worrying new image, causing more speculation
She’s never been S shy about her love of plastic surgery, reportedly splashing out over £100,000 on procedures in the past.
But last week, Jordan, 39, left onlookers speechless as she debuted a shock new image at the ITV Gala. Fans expressed their concerns online, with one commenting, “What has she done to her face? Looks like a step too far with her cosmetic surgery.” Another said, “She can’t even open her eyes properly!”
Jordan – real name Katie Price – put her recent appearance down to swelling after flying out twice to Turkey last week to get her veneers replaced. She also claimed to have suffered an allergic reaction to painkillers.
ALARMING
But plastic surgeon Mark Ho-asjoe tells Closer he thinks her facial appearance is the result of yet more surgery.
He says, “She’s taken her love of cosmetic procedures too far. She no longer looks human. To me, it looks as though she’s had further threading in her face to pull up her features. This has caused her eyes to become smaller and one to appear squinted. She’s clearly had Botox all over her face, as she’s wrinklefree. Her lips are alarming, too. Her lower lip is almost inverted and has had too much filler.”
BOTCHED OPS
Jordan – mum to Harvey, 15, Junior, 12, Princess, ten, Jett, four and Bunny, three – has had a series of surgeries over the years, including countless boob jobs, a rhinoplasty, liposuction, fillers and Botox.
In July, she also admitted to undergoing a £5,000 facelift to lift her cheeks and jawline.
But the star – who said in 2011 that her addiction to surgery had “ruined her looks” – has often put her quest for cosmetic perfection ahead of her health.
After surgery at the end of 2014 to replace her breast implants went wrong, she said she was left with a gaping hole in her chest and a leaking implant.
She entered the Celebrity Big Brother house, despite doctors urging her to seek treatment. She said, “I was in such a bad way they wanted to pull me from the show.
“I said ‘no, you have to make it possible for me to finish.’”
She was crowned the winner, but just four hours later was forced to jet out to Belgium for emergency surgery.
The star also admitted to having unnecessary liposuction on her thighs in her twenties, saying, “It was painful, and it is dangerous – I don’t think the surgeon should have done anything to me. Just because I flashed the cash… At the time I was too lazy to go to the gym.”
