Evelyn Schwarz says her silicone prostitution business is booming – and even her customers’ partners love it
with my sex doll brothel”
Welcoming a stream of paying W punters through the door of her brothel, Evelyn Schwarz seems to be plying her trade like any other madam. However, the 29-year-old is the first madam in the world to set up a brothel made up entirely of sex dolls.
And she says her venture is so popular that she now makes over £350,000 a year and hopes to expand her business in the future. Evelyn, who lives in Dortmund, Germany – where brothels are legal – says, “I used to work in the food and retail business, but I’ve always been fascinated by the red-light industry. So I decided to set up my own brothel in a rented shop. However, when I struggled to find suitable girls to work for me, I decided to use sex dolls instead.
“I now have 12 silicone dolls and have only ever had one bad experience – when a man got a bit overexcited and broke one!
“Sex dolls are ideal for letting a man live out his fantasies without embarrassment or having to take care of the emotions and needs of a real person.”
STRESS-FREE
Evelyn set up her sex doll business, Bordoll, earlier this year. She says, “A lot of the working girls I interviewed had drug problems or were vulnerable, so when I read a story about a sex doll brothel in Japan, it sounded like the perfect solution.
“You can earn more money if you use real women because you don’t have to pay for repairs or cleaning, but it’s nice to not have to worry about any of my dolls’ mental wellbeing – it’s completely stress-free.”
Evelyn ordered the 30kg dolls from Asia at a cost £1,800 each.
She says, “I used savings to buy the first two dolls and each month try to invest and save enough to buy more out of my profits. I currently have 12 dolls. They all look very different and each one has a name. I have dolls with different skin colours, hair shades and breast sizes. They also vary in size.
“They all feel extremely realistic and can be moved into any position. They also wear wigs and quickly absorb the body heat of a real person.
“All the dolls have three holes for the men to choose from, but they aren’t mechanical at all, so their tongues and facial expressions always stay still. The most popular dolls are the blue-haired anime doll and the classic blonde model.”
Evelyn says she gets around 10 bookings a day and says that most of her customers are regulars.
Evelyn – who charges her clients £70 an hour – explains, “Our customers are all different ages and come from all walks of life. The dolls are appealing to men as they know they won’t be judged by them, so there’s no need to worry about not being well-endowed enough or a good lover.”

And she even claims that her married clients’ wives approve of her dolls. She says, “Around 50 per cent of my customers are married and they say their wives definitely prefer them having sex with a doll than a real woman as they feel less betrayed.
“Sometimes our customers are even driven to my brothel by their partners, who then wait outside while their husband has fun with our dolls!
“And the men love them because they don’t have to take into account the feelings or emotions of the dolls, like they would a normal prostitute.
“And I don’t find it strange because it’s just the same as using a sex toy.

“However, sometimes they do get carried away and one man broke a doll’s back because he was too enthusiastic. It made it completely unusable and had to be replaced. But I didn’t charge him extra because I expect wear and tear.
“But although repairs for things such as cracked silicone, skeletal fractures and discolouration have to be made every day, on

average, each doll usually lasts for six months.
“And I make sure they are safe and in the best condition possible by getting them professionally cleaned and disinfected after every use.
“I also dress the dolls in sexy clothes and underwear to make them as realistic as possible for the guests. I usually use my own outfits for the dolls so it doesn’t cost much, but I do buy each one a pair of £35 high heels.”
However, while Evelyn hopes to expand her business in the future, she doesn’t think it will revolutionise the sex trade as a whole.
She says, “There will always be a market for real women, but I’d love to get more sex dolls and grow my brothel business.
“While the dolls are still a novelty, I hope to encourage as many men as possible to use them and have high hopes for the future. I hope to open more stores around Germany soon.”
