‘I feel self-righteous after exercise’

-

I GET UP AT AROUND 6.30AM – not because I have to be anywhere, but because I love spending an hour in the morning faffing. I am a faffer – I tidy up, I make lists, I have a coffee and then another coffee. Faffing is my form of meditation! I LOVE COCONUT YOGHURT and muesli for breakfast at the moment, because I’m cutting down on dairy. But I could never cut it all out because I love cheese too much. I TRY TO EXERCISE IN THE MORNING so that I can feel self-righteous and sanctimonious all day. I love Pilates, running and ballet barre classes to stay in shape. IT’S CHALLENGING RUNNING A BUSINESS, BUT I LOVE IT. In the mornings, I work on my lifestyle business, called At Home. There’s just four of us, but it's fabulous. It’s a company where people subscribe to get a box of luxury homeware delivered to them every month. I’M GUILTY OF OFTEN FORGETTING TO EAT LUNCH as I’m always on the go, so often it’s just a Hobnob! Otherwise it’ll be a wrap or salad. In the afternoon, I have filming or meetings about upcoming projects. I LOVE GOING OUT AND ABOUT IN THE EVENINGS. I’ll go to showbiz events or for dinner and drinks with my friends. I don’t really watch much TV at home, but I do enjoy going to the cinema. I saw The Greatest Showman recently and it was the best! I usually get to sleep at around 11pm.
