When it comes to fitness, Meghan takes after her yoga instructor mother, Doria Radlan, and loves Pilates too. She’s currently thought to practise in the comfort of Kensington Palace. But she could also call upon pal Millie Mackintosh – whom she has previously called her “goto workout buddy” – or take up a membership at the super exclusive KX gym in Chelsea, where Pippa also works out.
