Just a week J after having an agonising op to fix a botched facelift, Jordan was seen hitting the town for the opening of a new London club with distorted, overinflated lips, prompting trolls to mock the star’s “trout pout”.
But despite her lips appearing normal again at a charity football match in Cheltenham just 24 hours later, cosmetic specialist Dr Nyla Raja reveals all the repeat procedures will have a lasting impact and that Jordan, also known as Katie Price, is running the risk of infection or necrosis – where the flesh rots away.
Dr Nyla, who recently told Closer that Jordan – who turns 40 this year – may “never look normal again” after her recent cosmetic work, says, “There are so many risks from repeat surgeries. Lip filler usually has a natural shelf life of three to six months, but Katie seems to be having it done more often than necessary, which puts a lot of strain on the skin as it’s stretched and weakened.
“She’s more susceptible to getting cold sores (something Jordan has suffered with in the past) and infection, and if the blood supply to an artery is cut off, you can risk necrosis – where chunks of your skin tissue dies. That would need a skin graft to cut away the dead tissue and join the two flaps together, which would leave a massive scar. At the moment, she can keep making her lips bigger and bigger, but there is always a risk that it could leave lasting untold damage.”

Despite showing off her lips at the football match, Jordan – who last week cancelled her live tour due to “unforseen circumstances” after already rescheduling the dates once following a threat to her family in October – kept her face covered following last month’s reconstructive work to correct a facelift she underwent last year. Now pals reveal the star is still struggling to come to terms with her appearance, and has shockingly already got more surgery booked. A source says, “Katie was devastated when the facelift went wrong last year. Her eyes were so tight, plus one was higher than the other. She kept saying she couldn’t go out looking like she did, and she struggled to even look at her reflection in the mirror. But she isn’t a fan of the recent work, either – she thinks she looks as if she’s been ironed out. This isn’t how she wants to look, but everything she has had done to her face doesn’t seem to work. Her friends are worried she’ll never be happy with her appearance. She’s insecure about her age and, given the rumours around Kieran, the state of her marriage – it’s really affecting how she sees herself.
“She’s always looking at old pictures of herself, wishing she could go back to how she was before, but she’s already planning more surgery later in the year. She wants her skin to be completely wrinkle-free and her lips to be huge. She had a type of lip filler injected that breaks down naturally, as she already has scar tissue around her lips from previous work, so she had to go bigger with her lips or she’d have been left with lumps.”
Friends say that the star is putting on a charade that she’s happy with her looks – using filters to heavily edit her face on Instagram posts, but behind closed doors, she’s finding things difficult. The mum of five, who has admitted to undergoing eight boob jobs as well as a nose job, veneers, Botox, two facelifts,
lipo and lip fillers, has admitted she’s also had pleas from her son Junior, 12 – whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Andre, 45 – to stop as she looked “fake”.

The source says, “Katie’s desperate to prove to everyone she’s back on top and looking better than ever, but she’s addicted to surgery and friends are worried she won’t know when to stop. Katie doesn’t expect the kids to like everything she does, and it does upset her when they ask her to stop, but she reminds them that this is what she has to do for her job.”
Katie, who had her first boob job at 18, regularly promotes the beauticians and clinics she uses to get her work done, and Dr Nyla fears this poses even more of a danger. She explains, “Unlike medical professionals, beauticians aren’t regulated so they don’t necessarily have the same ethics. It’s up to a doctor to inform a patient that she’s being over-treated, but beauticians aren’t governed by any regulatory body, so Katie can keep going back again and again. It poses so many risks.”
But pals say Jordan wants to look her best to bag a younger man, amid claims she plans to divorce her third husband Kieran Hayler, 31. Their fiveyear marriage has faced intense speculation after it was claimed Kieran had a year-long affair with the children’s nanny – something she denies – four years after he was caught sleeping with two of Jordan’s best friends. The source says, “Katie is insisting she wants a toyboy, so she thinks she has to make herself look as young as possible and sees all the work on her face as the way to go about it.”
