Love Island star Olivia Attwood looks almost unrecognisable in a throwback snap

She’s no stranger to S surgery, admitting to a boob job and lip fillers before finding fame on reality show Love Island last summer.

But fans were shocked when old photos of Olivia Attwood as a teenager were unearthed last week – showing the reality star looking virtually unrecognisable.

And top surgeon Mark Ho-asjoe tells Closer he believes the 27 year old has had a dramatic surgery overhaul to achieve her new looks.

He says, “Olivia has undergone a major transformation. Her lips are much larger, which is probably due to filler, and her cheekbones appear to be sat higher, which is likely to be because of filler, too. She barely has any natural creases, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s using Botox already. Her nose also looks different, possibly from a subtle nose job.”

Opening up about her surgery to Closer last summer, Olivia said, “I won’t have anything else done anytime soon. I’ve had my boobs done and my lips done and I’m happy.”

Months later, the star – who split with Love Islander Chris Hughes in February and has recently been linked to her footballer ex Bradley Dack – admitted she was considering a boob reduction after being trolled over her figure.

She said, “I had my boobs done when I was 19, which is really young. But I was always so headstrong and adamant that I wanted massive boobs. And, at the time, that was the fashion – if you had a boob job, you got fake-looking boobs. I don’t think they’re too big when my weight is right, but I’d like them to be a bit smaller so they fit my frame better.”

Talking about having more surgery in the future, she admitted to Closer recently, “Maybe when I’m older I’ll want a face lift!”
