Passion Pot (V)
Fill a glass with passion fruit, orange slices and fat-free natural yoghurt. Top with 40g Tesco Nuts & Seeds Muesli and serve.
Magic Pancakes (V)
Mix together 40g porridge oats with 1 egg, 1 Müllerlight vanilla yoghurt and a pinch of baking powder. Spray a pan with low-calorie cooking spray and spoon in the mixture to make 3-4 small pancakes. Fry on each side until golden-brown. Serve in a stack with fresh blueberries, strawberries and 1 level tbsp runny honey.

Grill sliced Quorn Low Fat Sausages, lean bacon rashers (all visible fat removed) and halved tomatoes. In a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray, fry sliced onions and cooked, quartered new potatoes. Poach a couple of eggs to your liking and serve with baked beans.
toffee apple Porridge (V)
Make up 40g dried porridge oats with water or milk from your daily allowance. Stir in a Müllerlight toffee yoghurt and top with apple slices.
breakfast roll
Spread a 60g wholemeal roll with 1 level tbsp extra-light mayonnaise. Fill with slices of tomato, grilled lean bacon rashers (all visible fat removed) and an egg fried in a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray.
salmon scramble
Scramble 2-3 eggs in a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray and serve with smoked salmon and wilted spinach.
