A day in style: Helena Christensen
MORNING 9AM: Because I live in New York, the hustle and bustle wakes me up. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I’ll have something nutritious, like yoghurt with granola or porridge.
10M: I’ll start my morning routine by washing my hair with loads of conditioner, then I’ll put it into two buns to air-dry. While it’s drying, I’ll do my face – I usually use Givenchy Phenomen’eyes Mascara, Marc Jacobs Dew Drops Highlighter, MAC Ruby Woo Lipstick and Two Faced Glitter Eyeliner.
11AM: Every day is different, but I always try to do something creative. I love going into the city and taking photographs.
AFTERNOON 1PM: Keeping fit is really important to me. I go to boxing classes three times a week and yoga twice a week. I’d like to have the patience to meditate, but I find it too hard!
3PM: If I have a free afternoon, I spend time organising things as it gives me peace of mind. If I’m heading out, I’ll pack my HUAWEI P20 Pro phone, a pair of sunnies and Farmers’ Hand Cream.
EVENING 5PM: In the evenings, I enjoy creating dishes in the kitchen, but I occasionally like to treat myself and order in.
7PM: I love having a pamper evening, so whenever I have a free night I’ll pop on a face mask and spend some time chilling out. Just before bed, I’ll apply some moisturising serum so I can wake up feeling refreshed. I’ll head to bed around 10pm.
