HUGH TO MARRY FOR THE FIRST TIME

He’s one of Britain’s bestknown bachelors – but now Hugh Grant is set to finally tie the knot, aged 57.

The Love Actually star and his Swedish TV presenter girlfriend of six years, Anna Eberstein, 39, have reportedly posted wedding banns – the public announcement of an impending marriage – to Kensington and Chelsea Register Office near their £10million London home. And the couple are said to be planning to walk down the aisle later this month.

The private pair have three children – John, five, a two-year-old daughter whose name has never been revealed, and a third child born earlier this year, whose sex is unknown.

Hugh, who recently dubbed fatherhood “enchanting”, also has Tabitha, six, and Felix, five, with his ex-girlfriend Tinglan Hong.

The star previously had a 13-year relationship with actress and model Liz Hurley, 52, before moving on with socialite Jemima Khan, 44. They split in 2007 after three years together.

And while he’s had a number of high profile, longterm relationships, the actor has admitted in the past to being a commitment phobe.

He said during an interview, “It’s not just commitment. ‘Permanence’ scares me. I don’t know why.”

He has also said that he didn’t believe in marriage, saying, “I have known a few good marriages, but very few. And others look to me like they’re pretty miserable. I don’t really think that’s a recipe for happiness.”
