BATH SCENE EXCITEMENT SUN 17 JUNE, 9PM, BBC1 Give episode two 12 minutes (not that we’re clock-watching or anything, ahem…) and we’ll be treated to the vision that is Ross Poldark in the bath, being delicately sponged down by Demelza (damn her!) Just kidding, obvs… There’s an election, but we’re distracted by the doctor’s crazy plan to make Hugh Armitage well again (he’s got “brain fever”) – by covering him in leeches… Sadly, this does not end well, and Demelza is in a state.
