SCARLETT’S HEARTACHE AS LEE RECONCILES WITH HIS EX
She reportedly S pleaded with Lee Wilkinson to give their romance another chance following their sensational split last month.
But insiders say Scarlett Moffatt was left “devastated” last week when fitness model Lee was spotted with his ex, Sam Irving, having enjoyed a romantic spa trip, amid reports he was trying to win her back.
Scarlett, 28, briefly split from Lee, 28, in April before reuniting – branding him a “cheating, pathological liar” after claims he’d been in contact with Sam.
Sam, 28, then issued a public warning to Scarlett, saying, “Lee’s so convincing, and I can see why Scarlett was so taken in by him. I kept giving him another chance because he never left me alone.” A source reveals, “Scarlett was holding out hopes for them to reconcile. She always feared he still had feelings for Sam, and to see them back together was devastating.”
Also, Scarlett faced a barrage of cruel trolling over her looks and weight after appearing on Love Island: Aftersun. The star – who went from a size 18 to a size 8 in 2016 for her fitness DVD – Tweeted, “I’m ashamed of some people on here… The comments have resulted in me crying my eyes out.”
The source adds, “Scarlett feels like it’s one thing after the other. Her confidence has plummeted because of the trolling, and her heartache over Lee has left her feeling really low. She puts on a tough front, but behind closed doors she’s really struggling.”
