How much do you spend and where do you shop? Usually Waitrose, and it costs around £200 a week. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome and coeliac disease, which can be quite debilitating if I eat the wrong foods, so I try to eat healthily. Describe your daily diet... For breakfast, I’ll have waffle and beans, plus orange juice and a cappuccino mid-morning. Lunch is a chicken and vegetable stir-fry with extra bean sprouts. For dinner, I’ll make sausage and mash with onion gravy, or fillet steak with spinach and sweet potato, followed by Solero ice cream for dessert. I snack on all sorts, such as Peperami, Babybel, red grapes, garlic and jalapeño-stuffed olives or Parma ham. Is there anything you refuse to eat? I don’t eat bananas or yoghurt – I hate the smell and texture. What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? During Ex On The Beach in 2015, I ate maggots with salt, and also tried fermented eggs during Celebrity Big Brother. What would you cook to impress someone? Thai food always goes down well, so I’d make a Thai green curry from scratch. Food hangover cure? Spag bol and chips with a Capri-sun.
