DANIELLE LLOYD ‘I don’t overindulg­e’

The size 8 model looks fab after having four babies and, earlier this year, Danielle Lloyd opened up to Closer to say she feels confident in a bikini – revealing she follows a diet full of protein and green veg. The star, 34 – who welcomed son Ronnie last September – has said she also goes to the gym four times a week and does a mixture of HIIT and weight training. But she allows herself treats, telling Closer recently, “If I want a bar of chocolate I’m going to have one, but I just don’t overindulg­e in general.”

KATE MOSS ‘I’ve swapped partying for juicing’

Kate Moss looked sensationa­l on holiday in Saint-tropez with boyfriend Count Nikolai von Bismarck, 31, and it seems the star, 44, has left her wild days behind her – with her sister Lottie confirming she’s now teetotal. Kate also revealed she’d lost an inch off her waist after adopting a “clean” diet. She said, “I’ve really noticed an improvemen­t since I’ve been more ‘on it’ with food – like eating salads and all that stuff… And now I’m like, juicing!”

LIZZIE CUNDY ‘I enjoy working out’

Presenter Lizzie Cundy always looks incredible and recently told Closer she likes to embrace her curves after battling anorexia as a teen. The star, 50, insists she enjoys a balanced lifestyle to stay in shape, saying, “I work out because I enjoy it. I eat really healthily, but I’ll allow myself some treats every day. I can’t say no to a nice glass of wine in the evening!” She also said she’s had a non-surgical bum lift to keep it perky, adding, “I’ll have a bum bigger than Kim K’s.”

SHARON STONE ‘I quit booze for three months’

The actress defied her 60 years last week when she was spotted on the beach with 41-year old toyboy Angelo Boffa. And Sharon recently revealed it’s all down to cutting back on alcohol, caffeine and gluten, and working out up to five times a week. She said, “I decided to try zero [alcohol] for three months. And I saw a huge difference!” The star also said she avoids processed foods and switches up her workout regime – adding, “Every time I exercise, I do something different based on which areas need to get in motion.”
