MY TYPICAL DAY:

-

‘I love movies with my step-daughters’ I’M AN EARLY BIRD, SO I’M AWAKE AT 7.30AM. I have

some kefir on an empty stomach – it contains a lot of good bacteria and is great for the gut – then I look at the BBC News as I’m a bit of a news junkie. I then go for a run along the River Thames before having eggs, toast and a coffee. FITNESS IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I go to my local gym, a Virgin Active, where I live in west London, and do a Pilates class or some weights. Then I come home and sort out my diary and send emails. DURING LUNCHTIME, I WILL SOMETIMES HEAD INTO TOWN FOR MEETINGS. I’m a member of a wonderful ladies’ club called Grace Belgravia, a women-only spa, gym and restaurant. I often have their grilled salmon and vegetables for lunch – it’s the best. I TEND TO DO SOME FILMING IN THE AFTERNOONS. Last week, I filmed the Blue Peter 60th birthday show in Manchester, which was brilliant; I had such a good time. ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PASTIMES IS DINNER OR A MOVIE. I’m close to my three step-daughters [from her marriage to businessman Grant Bovey], and they’ll sometimes come with me to the Olympic Studios cinema in Barnes, south-west London. I LOVE TO CHILL AT HOME IN THE EVENING. I have the best fish and chip shop near me in Kew. I binge-watch box sets – my last was Killing Eve. Then I’m in bed by 11pm. I love my sleep! ● Anthea is working with Litholexal, a marine-based bone and joint supplement, available from Holland & Barrett (£24.95 for 60 tablets).
