Reality star Lauren Goodger is eager to meet her Mr Right – but friends fear she’s revealing too much online
She suffered a S heartbreaking split from on-off jailbird beau Joey Morrison in July – amid claims he’d been messaging a string of other women behind her back.
But, determined to move on, Lauren Goodger revealed last week that she was “talking to a couple of boys” just days before revealing on Instagram that she was desperate to get married and start a family. A source reveals, “Lauren is desperate to meet a new man and fall in love. She was hurt over Joey, but she has told pals her eagerness to be a wife and mum has just made her determined to try to move forward as quickly as possible. She’s speaking to a few boys and loving the attention. She’s trying to play it cool, but she would love to find her fairy-tale ending soon.”
SEARCHING FOR LOVE
Lauren, 30, has been open about her desire to start a family, previously telling Closer, “I’ve always been desperate for a baby, but I didn’t do it a couple of years ago because I wasn’t ready. Now I am.”
The source adds, “Lauren wants to find her Mr Right, but she’s eager for that to happen as soon as possible. Having babies has been a dream of hers for years and she’s admitted to pals she thought she’d be settled down by now. She’s got lots of friends with kids and it always makes her even more desperate for her own. She sees marriage and children as the ultimate fairy-tale ending.”
And insiders say that in a bid to receive as much male attention as possible, Lauren has been going to risqué lengths on her social media feeds, leaving friends concerned. Last week, the former TOWIE star shocked on Instagram once again when a steamy video of her in the bath appeared to expose her vagina.
The video was a “boomerang” of the star with her legs in clear water in the bath, but viewers saw more than they bargained for as the star seemed to flash her private parts.
Despite causing a clear uproar, the video wasn’t deleted straight away – and insiders say pals are urging Lauren to tone down her attention-seeking antics.
‘SOFT PORN’
The source adds, “Lauren’s Instagram feed is getting more and more raunchy and some pals have told her that she’s bordering on soft porn at times – with it only getting more extreme.
“Lauren’s pals have told her the shots are too risqué and have warned her about sharing too much and making her image appear tacky. They know she likes to receive male attention, but they don’t think it’s the right sort of attention. They’ve told her to tone it down and showcase her more natural beauty in a bid to attract the right kind of man.”
It’s not the first time Lauren – who was recently forced to deny rumours she was set to join subscriptionbased app Only Fans, which is notorious for its X-rated content – has shocked fans with her social media content. The reality star has uploaded a string of snaps that have exposed her bum or left little to the imagination in racy underwear.

Commenting on a shot of her in sheer lingerie, one fan commented, “Why are you so desperate for attention that you feel the need to post photos like this looking for approval. Be yourself. Be natural.” While another added, “Why do you feel the need to share pictures in your underwear? Class-less.”
The source adds, “Pals think she’s doing damage to her reputation and could alienate her female fan base at this rate. Most of the comments on her recent posts from fans have been negative and they’re now urging her to tone down her content, but she’s hell-bent on being a sex symbol and having men lining up to date her, and is convinced this is the way to do it.”
