My day in style: Stephanie Pratt

From her morning dog walks to cosy nights in, reality-tv star Stephanie Pratt, 32, reveals her daily routine
MORNING 7AM: I’m an early bird so I’ll be up by 7am. The first thing I do is take my dog, Max, for a walk. In LA, we’ll do a scenic route along the beach, but in London I take him down King’s Road. On the way back, we’ll call into a coffee shop so I can get my morning caffeine fix. 8.30AM: We get back and I’ll have some instant porridge for breakfast, then I’ll choose my outfit. It’s always a last-minute decision, I’ll just go with what I feel on the day. When I’m in the States I become obsessed with designer labels, but in London I’m less superficial. I’m constantly ordering things from stores like Topshop! 9AM: I’ve been collecting designer bags since I was 22 and have over 100. My current go-to is my Chanel rucksack. I don’t carry a lot of stuff, but I’ll always have my phone, keys, a MAC concealer and lip balm with me. 10AM: I work out in the morning. I’ve been going to a 50-minute class that combines Pilates, ballet and HIIT [high intensity interval training] at Paola’s Bodybarre in Fulham. 11.30AM: I’m not filming MIC any more and we haven’t started The Hills [the series, which first aired in 2006, is set to return to our screens this year] yet, but when I’m doing those shows we’ll all get a call the night before, saying we need to be ready first thing, which can be a bit hectic! For the past few months I’ve been relaxing in LA with friends and family. Although my brother Spencer only lives five minutes away, I hardly ever see him, I’ve only met his son [one-year-old Gunner] three times. 12PM: If I’m on the go, I’ll grab a sandwich from Pret. At home, I’ll have a mixed Caesar salad from Ocado.
AFTERNOON 1.30PM: I’m still good friends with Lucy [Watson], so we’ll often walk our dogs together. The MIC cast is like one big family. When The Hills reboot was announced, Francis [Boulle] and Fredrik [Ferrier] both got in touch to say congratulations. 3PM: Behind closed doors, I’d love to say I still look glamorous, but as soon as I’m inside I change into a tracksuit, put up my hair and take off my make-up.
EVENING 5PM: Currently, I’m watching Jack Ryan, it’s so good that I binge-watched eight episodes in two days. I also find Parks And Recreation really funny. 6PM: I enjoy getting glammed up in the evening. I’ll wear either a sparkly jumpsuit or a dress with strappy heels. 8PM: If I’m not out for the evening, I’ll get into bed at 8pm, but I’ll usually stay awake reading, so I won’t fall asleep until 10pm. I wish I could say my PJS are silky and sexy, but I just wear a baggy T-shirt!
