Charlotte Tilbury, to overhaul her look and strip it down – going far more understated and focusing on good skin and beautiful eyes rather than a full face of make-up like she used to wear.

“She also cut down on false lashes, fake nails and weekly spray tans in favour of a more natural, sophisticated look.

BEAUTY TREATMENTS

“She’s also been really taking care of her skin and before the pregnancy she splashed out on a string of expensive beauty treatments, like microneedling at £700 a session, microdermabrasion at £200 per treatment, regular oxygenating peels and facials for an extra glow. She’s also a huge fan of skin oils and swears by Bio Oil to keep stretch marks at bay.”

Abbey had previously insisted she wasn’t keen to try for baby number four after enduring a tough pregnancy with son Johnny.

She explained, “With my last baby I was so ill, I was in bed for nine months and in hospital a few times. I was constantly throwing up 24/7. It was a really tough pregnancy and I couldn’t spend a lot of quality time with my two other children. I think I’m so lucky, I have three healthy kids and I’ve got two girls and one boy, but no, I don’t want another one...

SUPPORT

“If it happens it wouldn’t be the end of the world, but going through what I went through being pregnant with Johnny, it definitely does put me off a bit. It was quite a bad time but worth it in the end.”

But the star insisted she had a lot of support, with her mum Karen, 58, living with her to lend a helping hand.

Abbey added, “When I do the school run she’ll stay at home with the baby. I’m lucky enough to balance my work and my home life and not work every single day.”

hey both became T first time mums in 2018, but ringing in the New Year in St Barts with their husbands, Pippa Middleton and Vogue Williams looked incredible as they stripped down to their bikinis to soak up the sunshine.

Pippa’s son Arthur – with husband James Matthews – was born just 11 weeks ago, but she proved she’d already regained her enviable figure.

The trim star, 35, has previously insisted she stays in shape with an active lifestyle, saying, “Sport and exercise has always formed part of my daily life, from gym sessions to weekend runs, ambles or training for an event. Fitness gives me energy and helps clear my mind. I love the endorphins and the buzz factor that exercise gives.”

But Pippa insisted she doesn’t cut out carbs, adding, “I try to eat whole grain, energy-fuelled carbohydrates and three meals a day.”

Meanwhile, Vogue pinged back into shape within weeks of welcoming son Theodore with husband Spencer Matthews in September. The 32 year old was forced to defend herself after trolls criticised her for working out throughout her pregnancy – up until the day she was induced.

The fitness enthusiast said, “If I put a training video up, I could have 20 messages saying, ‘You shouldn’t be doing this. You shouldn’t be training like that.’ It’s healthy to train during your pregnancy, particularly for me, because I trained the whole way before [becoming pregnant].”

And Vogue has since credited boxing classes for helping her to slim back down, saying, “Boxing training is an absolute winner. So good for your arms, core and cardio fitness.”
