MY TYPICAL DAY: ‘Flo sometimes joins my yoga workouts!’

MOST MORNINGS, I’M UP AT 4AM, 5AM AND AGAIN AT 6AM WITH FLORENCE,

who’s teething at the moment. I’ll give her a bottle and play with her and then she’ll go off to sleep for an hour or two. That’s when I’ll have some porridge with berries and a coffee. Dane will grab breakfast, then head off to work.

I’LL DO SOME YOGA. [Casey launched her yoga fitness app after losing 4st following Florence’s birth]. If Flo’s awake, she’ll come and join me and just sit on the mat. Yoga makes me feel amazing – I feel stronger in both my body and my mind. Afterwards, I’ll shower and then, if I have time, I’ll do some housework and tackle my admin.

I’M GOING VEGAN THIS MONTH, so lunch is a lentil salad with avocado. I followed a plant-based diet for three months while I was pregnant and felt amazing, so I’m looking forward to detoxing my body. IN THE AFTERNOONS, I’LL CATCH UP ON SOME WORK AND PLAY WITH FLO. If my mum comes over, I’ll sometimes pop out to do a shop. I’ve found that having a coffee in a café, sitting in complete silence for half an hour, is now heaven for me! Flo will be bathed and fed by 5pm and then in her cot by 8pm, and I’ll cook dinner, such as a black bean stew with coconut yoghurt. DANE AND I ARE EARLY BIRDS, so we’ll watch an episode of Luther on catch-up before heading to bed around 9.30pm. ● Casey’s Yoga Blitz – 90 Day Challenge is available at Yogablitz.com
