‘JENNIFER IS AN INSPIRATION’

Dr Christian says, “In my new show I’m opening up my state-of-the-art clinic for a series of special appointment days targeting specific health issues. It’s been great to really spend time with patients to discuss other aspects – their mental health and relationships – as well as physical problems.

“Jennifer was brave to speak out about her feelings towards her weight, as a lot of us would bury our heads in the sand. She’s an inspirational woman and I’m so happy she’s found help and is making progress.

“Like Jennifer, a lot of people give up so much of themselves to help others, which of course is admirable, but we’ve got to remember to look after ourselves – both medically and mentally – too.”
