● In her twenties, Nell had breast implants, boosting her bust from a 34B to a 34D. She previously said, “If I was to go back 10 years and have the same choice again, I wouldn’t do it. It’s a huge decision and can be quite risky. It also has a big emotional impact, so if you’re going to do it, you really have to give it a lot of thought.”

● The star set a new personal best when she ran the Virgin London Marathon in 2012, completing the gruelling 26.2 mile run in just 2hrs 54 mins (4hrs 23 mins is the average time for female finishers). She said, “I didn’t expect to finish in such a good time, but I was so thrilled when it was all over that I burst into tears.”

● She now refuses to have any cosmetic work, saying, ‘I’ve had frown lines and wrinkles since my mid-thirties, but I’d never do anything about them and I’d never have Botox. Women do age and I want to grow old gracefully. You can still look beautiful, even with laughter lines.”
