Made In Chelsea – but Sam Thompson admits that before he joined CGD, , his self-esteem had hit an all-time low. He says, “There was a time where my confidence was at rock bottom. It was a feeling of inferiority – I’ve had my heart broken twice in two years and I was just like, ‘It’s got to be me’.”

But Sam, 26, reveals, “Pete Wicks has really helped me out. He’s taught me we have all insecurities and that’s OK. There have been a few times he’s taken me aside and boosted me up.” Celebs Go Dating will return to E4 soon
